Doing the regular maintenance on a Toyota Camry yourself, means that you need to reset the maintenance light so it will show up in time when the next check is required.
OK, so after you have changed the oil, filters and checked that every other important parts are functioning properly, it’s time to reset that light in the dashboard.

The process is similar to those we showed you before and you don’t need special devices, just a pair of hands to do the job.
  • Start the car and make sure the odometer is showing up miles, not trip
  • Turn the car off
  • Press and hold the odometer reset button
  • With the button pressed, push the start button twice. Make sure your foot is NOT on the brake pedal
  • Keep the odometer button pressed until the little lines disappear and lots of zeros appear instead
  • Release the button
  • Boom, you’re done !
