Having more than one hobby might get you into all sorts of uncomfortable situations. For example, what if you love to go kayaking but own a BMW Z3. What do you do to make it to the water with the kayak still in one piece?
One solution is to buy a hitch for the Z3 and a small trailer. However, that solution might be a bit too much for your limited budged. What to do then?
Jalopnik found the solution. One of their editors made a quick DIY on how to carry your kayak to the water on the top of your windshield and the roll hoops behind you. Of course, some craftsmanship is required but nothing in this guide is too much for the average BMW guy.
