There are many performance vehicles that have remained in our hearts, even though they have gone out of production. One of this cars is the first generation of the Porsche Boxster (codenamed 986), which was produced between 1996 and 2004. We are more than happy to tell you that Hofele Design is now releasing a modification package for the topless vehicle.
The vehicle now uses a SPEED GT exterior kit that offers it a fresh look. The front bumper comes with air fins in the outer air intakes and a honeycomb grille for the middle air intake, also including a set of LED daytime running lights.
The pack also includes new side skirts, a redesigned rear bumper that uses air intakes on the sides and houses a diffuser, a second rear spoiler that uses a 911-style design and is placed in front of the original folding one, offering extra downforce, as well as stickers for the sides. The rear bumper can house the stock exhaust or a custom sports muffler that offers a more aggressive soundtrack.
The Bosxter has also received a set of headlight masks, semi-smoked taillights with LED technology, and a set of lightweight alloy rims that use a multi-spoke design and come in an 18-inch size.
For the interior, the tuner has prepared a bi-color leather finish. The middle areas of the seats and doors use diamond pattern stitching.
For those who really want to take their Boxster to a new dimension. Hofele Design also offers tech goodies that target the vehicle’s engine, as well as its chassis.
