Not long ago, I witnessed a highway crash that took all motorists by surprise. A truck carrying tons of beer overturned at high speed, spilling its entire load on the road.
In just a few minutes, the motorists witnessing the crash rushed not necessarily to help the driver but to loot the beer. It was a hot summer day, and while beer doesn't go well with driving, most people probably drooled over a cold beer after arriving at their destination.

A recent crash on an Ohio highway turned the roadway into a delicious treat for everybody. And this time, you could actually consume the load safely, as one of the trucks was carrying chocolate and caramel.

Two semi-trucks collided on a highway, causing the roadway to be covered in boxes of delicious treats that the hundreds of drivers stuck behind drooled over.

The Ohio Department of Transportation announced the crash on Twitter, confirming that the I-90 West was closed from Vrooman Rd to 4.1 miles beyond this point. The reason was the crash that covered the roadway in delicious treats, though it's unclear if the other motorists rushed to "help" the truck driver.

The good news is that no injuries were reported, as the collision only affected the load. The Concord Fire team arrived at the scene and needed several hours to clean the roadway.

In similar news, motorists driving on an Ontario highway earlier this week came across the most unexpected hazard. A large pig wandered on the roadway after reportedly failing from a truck. The pig was spotted on Highway 8 near Fairway Road, and the driver of the truck transporting it didn't spot the animal jumping from the vehicle.

Kathryn Burtenshaw, the co-founder of Ground Search and Rescue KW, was alerted of the pig's presence by a driver who spotted the animal on the highway. She immediately contacted the Ontario Provincial Police and the Ministry of Transportation, who dispatched several emergency teams to the scene.

The truck was too far away to recover the pig, and it took a while to return to where the animal was spotted. Fortunately, another truck from the same company was found nearby and eventually picked up the pig from the highway.

Fortunately, no accidents were reported, and the animal escaped unhurt from this unplanned stunt. Traffic wasn't impacted either, especially thanks to the pig not attempting the escape at rush hour.

Meanwhile, a horror crash happened on a highway in China, where a Lamborghini was abandoned on the fast lane. The vehicle, which broke down while cruising on the highway, was rear-ended by an SUV seconds later, so the driver should consider themselves lucky for having enough time to abandon the expensive Lambo.
