Here's a new story on Hells Angels in the court room, but this time they're on the right side of the law, as they are defending their intellectual property, namely, their MC's logo. Rapper Young Jeezy is facing a lawsuit for infringing the copyright HA have on their famous Death Head logo.
It looks like the new apparel line Young Jeezy surfaced sports a logo which is extremely close to the design of Hells Angels' back patches, and this led to the mentioned legal action.
8732 Apparel jackets show the "Street Bandits" and "Eight Seven" rockers in a styling which is clearly inspired from the hells Angels insignia, whereas the winged skull design is not too far from the Death Head, either.
Hells Angels claim that Young Jeezy has already made hefty profits form what they call "bootlegged" merchandise and want every last penny of that money. It is not the first and most likely not the last time HA are forced to take legal action to prevent such usage of their insignia, and lawsuits against other apparel manufacturers and movie companies have also been filed in the past.
