2023 officially marked the 120th anniversary of one of the world's largest and most respected bike makers. To mark the occasion, Harley-Davidson decided to kickstart an event that was set to become an annual gathering meant to celebrate all things Harley.
The event is called the Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival, and its first edition, held in July of last year, proved a smashing hit (I say that confidently even without knowing the actual attendance and other related numbers, because the bike maker never shared them). So much so that the huge party thrown in the company's hometown for the first time in 2023 is coming back this year.

That's right, the 2024 Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival is taking place, and the bike maker just released the first details on this huge party. We don't know all the bits, but what was shared does paint the picture of a very interesting gathering of bikers.

First up, dates. Homecoming takes place this year a little later than last time, starting July 25, and will close its doors on July 28. Just like the previous event, it will cover a lot of venues across Milwaukee, including Veterans Park, the Harley-Davidson Museum, the Davidson Park, the company's Powertrain Operations, and its local dealers.

The main events, including concerts, will be held at Veterans Park. It is there where a big music stage will be built, ready to host some of the biggest names in music at the moment (full list of performers known so far is listed below this text), headlined by Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Generally speaking many of the events being planned are free to attend, but the concerts are not, and neither are some of the activities planned for July 26 and July 27. Tickets will be put on sale starting January 18, with pricing for them ranging from $15 to $475. For reference, last year Harley charged $129 for the one-day general admission ticket and all the way to $260 for the one-day VIP ticket.

Elsewhere in the city, fans will get the usual treat of music, entertainment, local food, and beverages with no tickets required.

Although there is no specific theme to the Festival, Harley-Davidson will center its efforts on Willie G. Davidson, the industry icon who has been with the company for no less than 49 years and is considered by many a living emblem of the brand.

As promised, below is the list of performers confirmed to attend the Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival this year. It's not a complete list, as more names will be added, but it's more than enough to get party-goers started.

  • Jelly Roll (July 26)
  • Hardy (July 26)
  • Warren Zeiders (July 26)
  • Priscilla Block (July 26)
  • Hueston (July 26)
  • Shaylen (July 26)
  • Red Hot Chili Peppers (July 27)
  • The Offspring (July 27)
  • Cypress Hill (July 27)
  • Destroy Boys (July 27)
  • Otoboke Beaver (July 27)
  • Irontom (July 27)
