Hamann Mi5Sion M5 Gets Black and Blue Rims at SR Auto

Canadians are not known for their aggressive temper or for being the most temperamental guys in the world. Heck, if you think about it, they are probably most well known for their polite, eco-friendly approach to everything. Except hockey.

When it comes to hockey they turn into a completely different kind of animal. It’s really weird but if you watched the Olympic match between the Canadian team the US team you surely must’ve wondered, as did I, why the hell does the Canadian army use guns? Just give these guys some hockey sticks, throw some pucks in their enemies’ backpacks or pockets and set them loose. Things would be a lot easier this way.

The same puck-related madness must’ve took over at the SR Auto shop earlier this year when the guys decided to create a custom M5, to their liking. Things went a bit off, I must say.

They installed the first ever M5 Mi5Sion kit from Hamann on the entire West coast of Canada, and that’s a big area to cover. Needless to say it again, as I said it before, to my eyes the Mi5Sion is an abomination. It looks awful and it’s simply way too much.

Not for these angry Canadians though. They got the complete kit including the front and rear fenders, the front and rear bumpers, the side skirts, roof spoiler and trunk spoiler.

In the end, a set of PUR Wheels was added to the mix, LX09s to be more precise, with matte black faces and electric blue lips, sitting under H&R’s Lowering Suspension.
For me, personally, no matter what kind of wheels you put on the Mi5Sion, it’s still going to be an ugly car. How about you?
