When you say Olivia Newton John, the first thing that comes to mind is “Grease.” So, how would a four-time Grammy award winner make her entrance at a welcome event at Flamingo Las Vegas, Nevada?! Well, how about in the famous “Hell’s Chariot” Ford Mercury convertible from the movie “Grease.”
Apparently, the star decided to remind people of the old-school classics and what better way to do that than in a kick ass ride such as the Ford Mercury Convertible. We’re talking about all-black body with some smoking hot flame designs. Indeed, the vehicle looked more than incredible and that interior was to die for. It was all about black leather with red/orange stitching , subtly yet beautifully standing out. And we must say that Olivia sure matched the aforementioned vehicle as the 65 year-old star electrified fans with the rocking black leather pants. It seems that once you go “Grease’ you can’t go back.
Fans loved her and the star even posed with “Jubilee” cast members dressed as “The pink Ladies” and "Chippendales" cast members as the "T-Birds" characters from the film. The whole thing brought Olivia one big smile, especially the moment when she was presented with a key to the iconic Las Vegas strip. What can we say, that’s one hell-of-a-way of remembering us that “Sandy” can still rock it.
