Bentley's intriguing advertising stunt continues today with the release of the sixth mini teaser of the nine episode long series set up by the British manufacturer to promote the upcoming Grand Bentley. Called "Color is personal, just like a Bentley," the newest teaser gives us a short glimpse of the barenaked body of the new Bentley, as well as a preview of the colors to be used for its body.
"Just like commissioning a new Bentley, color selection is an intimate, intense and highly personal process", Melinda-June Jenkins, Bentley Color and Trim Manager says in the video.
"Here in Crewe, we have a vast archive of paint colors. Skilled craftsmanship is mixed with modern technology unlike anywhere else in the world."
"For the experts in our paint shop, colour is an obsession and an art. With the all-new grand Bentley, you have a truly unique opportunity for individual choice."
There are only three video left from the series, namely the "It's never been done. Let's do it!", "There was no benchmark" and "The spirit of British motoring lives on". The most exciting of the ones released so far was the "Fusion of Extremes" video, the only one which gave a short look at the performances of the Grand Bentley: over 900 Nm of torque at around 1,800 rpm.
Yet more important than the remainder of the mini video series is the fact that the Grand Bentley is only a little over half a month away from the official unveiling. The car will be introduced on August 15, during the Pebble Beach Concours D'Elegance in Monterey, California.
