GMC will launch a new version of the Terrain at this year’s New York Auto Show. The new model is the 2017 GMC Terrain Nightfall Edition.
Just like the GMC Canyon Nightfall Edition and the Sierra All Terrain X, the new version of the Terrain comes with an exclusive appearance and with more features to enhance refinement.

Customers get the IntelliLink multimedia system with 4G LTE connectivity and a Wi-Fi hotspot, among others.

The Nightfall Edition of the GMC Terrain comes with 18-inch alloy wheels with gloss black spokes. The front grille is finished in a charcoal shade and with gloss black accents.

The front and rear fascia also feature elements of the shiny black finish, including side mirror caps, luggage rails, license plate surround trim, and more.

Even with all of these black elements, the GMC Terrain Nightfall Edition is available in other colors, all of them with the same details. Customers can order the Terrain NE in Summit White, Onyx Black, Graphite Gray Metallic, and Crimson Red Metallic.

The MY2016 GMC Terrain achieved excellent sales figures last year, with 112,030 deliveries. Thanks to these results, the Terrain was GMC’s second-highest selling vehicle last year. Half of the customers of this car have not had a GMC model before. According to General Motors, around 50% of Terrain customers are women, making this car the model with the highest rate of female buyers in the range.

GMC restyled the Terrain for the 2016 model year. The crossover seats five adults and is available in both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive versions. The special edition of this model gets the IntelliLink system with a seven-inch touchscreen as standard equipment for the SLE-2 and SLT trim levels.

The 2017 GMC Terrain Nightfall Edition will be on sale this fall. Pricing will be available when the vehicle is close to its launch date.
