The Mercedes+McLaren supercar from a decade ago is an interesting breed of speed machine. On the one hand, the Brits made it light using special materials and on the other Mercedes filled it with speakers, leather and gave it a relaxed auto gearbox. Still, that means that the SLR is a decent everyday car, even though it sounds like a Messerschmitt and looks like it wants to eat stray animals.
The two-seater, with its striking swing-wing doors, was spotted in downtown Vienna. The driver of this 626 hp supercar is a girl, though she's accompanied a a distinguished gentleman in the passenger seat. Did somebody have too much to drink last night?

0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds, 0 to 200 km/h in 10.6 and a top speed of 334 km/h – we wonder how many ladies you know who drive this fast a car.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
