As the Geneva Auto Show is about to kick off, Hamann is blowing all its secrets away. We knew that the German tuner was going to introduce two novelties at the event. Earlier today, we found out that the first will be the SLS AMG Hawk and now, we are giving you the second one, in the form of the Porsche Cayenne Guardian, a widebody program for the German SUV.

The Cayenne has received an important makeover that allows it to scream “exclusivity”. The vehicle’s exterior kit includes a new front bumper that brings an explosion of lights (four fog lights, two LED daytime running lights and high-beam LED lights), beefier wheel arches, new side skirts, a fresh rear bumper that comes with a complex design and houses a centrally-mounted double exhaust.

The company offers customers the possibility to choose between two wheel types, with both products coming in a 23-inch size and using wheel spacers. These come wrapped in 315/25 high-performance tires.

As for the tech part, the tuner offers ECU remaps for the Cayenne Diesel (this now comes with 275 hp) and for the Cayenne Turbo, which also receives a sports exhaust system, while the vehicles that come with an air suspension get an electronic lowering module. In addition to that, the company can install a beefier braking system.

autoevolution will be attending the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, so stay tuned for some real up close and personal shots of the vehicles, as well as for first-hand details of the motorized contraptions presented at the event.
