This is the first time when Porsche launches the 911 Turbo S along with the “standard” 911 Turbo and the Frankfurt Motor Show was their option.
That rear wing sits above a twin-turbo 3.8-liter flat six pushed to 560 HP between 6,500 and 6,750 rpm and a peak torque of 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) between 2,100 and 4,000 rpm.
With a bit of assistance from the PDK seven-speed gearbox and the all-wheel drive system, the 0 to 62 mph sprint is covered in 3.1 seconds, while the top speed sits at 198 mph (319 km/h).
One icing on this German cake is the set of active aerodynamic, including pneumatically adjustable three-stage front spoiler. The rear wing comes with the same number of positions.
For added pleasure, Porsche has fitted the model with a sound symposer, so that unmistakable Porsche flat six soundtrack will be even louder.
