Forza Motorsport might be on its glorious way as a Gran Turismo competitor, but Horizon 5 isn't done singing yet. A new important update called "Italian Automotive" was just released and, oh "signore," is it impressive. A return to form in Horizon 5, brands like Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, and Lancia are part of the most significant vehicle drop since the game launched. There are over 16 cars planned over the next month, so let's get into it.
Out of the 16, eight will be available in the Autoshow from Tuesday, August 15, and the other eight will be spread out over the next month until September 14 in the Italian Automotive Festival Playlist.

The developers also increased your garage capacity from 1,000 to 2,000 cars, in case you're having a hard time fitting them all in your tiny garage.

First, the always classy and refined Alfa Romeo brand arrives on August 15. You can get your hands on the 1968 Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale, the 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio, the 1965 Alfa Romeo Giulia TZ2, and the 1965 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA Stradale.

On August 17, there's only the 1992 Alfa Romeo 155 Q4. On August 24, you can get behind the wheel of a 2014 Alfa Romeo 4C. Lastly, on August 31, the 2007 Afla Romeo 8C Competizione will be making an appearance with a standing ovation.

Then, there are the Lancia models. On August 15, you can drive the 1992 Lancia Delta HF Integrale EVO and 1974 Lancia Stratos HF Stradale. On August 17, there's the 1986 Lancia Delta S4; finally, on September 7, the 1982 Lancia 037 Stradale returns to the series.

Next up, "let there be done" with Fiat. On August 15, we're getting the classy 1980 Fiat 124 Sport Spider and the tiny 1968 Abarth 595 Esseesse.

On August 24, only the 2016 Abarth 695 Biposto is coming, and on August 31, we have the 1980 Abarth Fiat 131. Lastly, on September 07, the pretty 2017 Abarth 124 Spider is showing up.

If you're a supercar fan, don't worry; plenty are also coming your way. From the 2023 Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica, 2020 Lamborghini Essenza SCV12, and 2020 Lamborghini SC20, to the 2022 Ferrari 296 GTB, 2020 Ferrari Roma, and 2019 Italdesign DaVinci Concept.

This update is excellent news for Forza Horizon 5 players because it sends a clear message from the developers that they're not abandoning their pride and joy.

The best thing about the two Forza games is that they're different enough to co-exist peacefully. While Horizon is more arcadey and fun, targeting teens, Motorsport is more sober for the "serious gamer" that prefers a more realistic approach to controls and official tracks instead of deserts and tropical forests.
