Wolff has worked with General Motors, designing Cadillacs in the US, Holdens in Australia and even GM's Daewoos in South Korea.
Wolff joined Lincoln's team just as it was growing, with top managers including C.J. O'Donnell, Lincoln Group marketing manager, and Scott Tobin, Lincoln director of Product Development, with global experience. All have lived and worked in Asia, Europe and North America.
