As Ford is preparing to officailly give us the TacKey for the Mustang Boss 302 at the upcoming SEMA event, an interesting piece of info about its attached strings has surfaced.
According to Mustangs Daily, owners who will turn to local dealers to have the TacKey installed will have their powertrain warranty reduced from five years/ 60,000 miles to three years.36,000 miles.

And there's more: owners who also opt for tech tuning bits in addition to the TracKey will have no warranty at all.

Ford doesn't anticipate any tech issues with the TracKey, with the company claiming that it has worked hard to make sure that the Boss 302 can take everythng that comes with the red happiness key. Were people thinking that Santa Clause actually exists? Of course Ford doesn't want you to use a race car and have warranty at the same time.
