Ford has released the pricing for the C-Max and C-Max7, the seven-seater version of the MPV, which has used the Grand C-Max name in the past.
The C-Max range will be available in two equipment levels: Plus, the entry-level one, and Titanium. The latter includes all the features offered by the basic grade and adds an automatic climate control system, 16-inch alloy rims, an engine start button, electric-powered mirrors, fog lights, a rain sensor for the wipers, LED interior lights and a leather finish for the steering wheel.
As for the engine range, this includes two petrol units and three diesel powerplants. The entry-level engine is a 1.6 liter that delivers 125 hp. This is followed by a turbocharged 1.6 liter Ecoboost, which produces 150 hp. At the bottom of the diesel range, we find a 1.6 liter TDCi that offers 115 hp. The oil-burning range also includes two versions of a 2.0 TDCi unit: the first one has an output of 115 hp, while the second one produces 163 hp, being the most powerful engine available for the MPV. Customers can choose the optional Powershift dual-clutch gearbox for the 2.0 liter TDCi engine.
The entry-level model of the C-Max range, the C-Max Plus 1.6 liter 125 hp, can be yours for a price of EUR19,000. The cheapest diesel model, the C-Max Plus 1.6 TDCi 115 hp, retails for EUR20,500. We must mention that the Titanium trim level comes with a price premium of EUR 1,500.
The C-Max7 Plus has a starting price of EUR22,000 and climbs up to EUR26,500.
