Floyd Maywheater may have gone for an early Christmas present this year, acquiring a Rolls Royce Wraith, but it seems like the boxer is in the mood for an ever bigger change this month.
Maywheater is well known for having his cars in White, the same hue he used for the aforementioned Wraith, but it seems that he’s now switching to Black.
The boxer recently used his Instagram account to post a photo of his Black EWB (Elongated Wheelbase) Rolls-Royce Ghost and Bentley Mulsanne. He also used a caption for the image - "I decided to get my black toys out tonight EWB Rolls Royce Ghost and Bentley Mulsanne".
Floyd Maywheater has an impressive collection of cars, so if he goes deeper with the car-shopping, we’re going to see quite a change.
Throughout the years, America's boxing champ has purchased several luxury cars and as far as we can remember almost none of them was a cheap model. Whether he goes for the exotic sportscars and supercars shipping over from Europe or he'll ride in class and style, Mayweather will make sure he'll always surprise everybody.
As you may have acknowledged yourself, his car fleet is highly connected to his business ventures. Ever since the 36-year-old fighter founded Mayweather Promotions and The Money Team, his lifestyle became more and more publicized. And this happens for a reason.
After all, the lifestyle brand inspired by the boxing champ grows bigger in sales whenever he brags with one of those new luxury rides he purchases. Put it this way, for his fans to start buying lifestyle accessories sold under his brand, they need to see a person they want to stand up to.
So far, things seemed to have been working out quite well for the champ, considering Mayweather topped the Forbes and Sports Illustrated lists of the 50 highest-paid athletes in 2012 and 2013.
