As you’ve probably guessed, we are talking about a pizza delivery machine, one of the coolest to have set wheel on our planet’s roads. The project is based on a 1976 Mini van and has been brought to this form by tuning specialist and TV star Lina Van De Mars and aftermarket company Drexl Fahrzeugtechnik.
The vehicle’s journey from a used stock form to what you see here took nine weeks to complete. As you can imagine there was a high level of attention to details was necessary for this build task.
Pizza.de is planing to make the most out of this marketing opportunity. The vehicle won’t just be displayed at the Essen Motor Show. Instead, the company will invite members of the public to take photos of them and the car, with the best image receiving a year of free pizza orders.
And the story doesn’t end here. Lina Van De Mars will be present at the event and will offer autographs for enthusiasts.
The pizza guys even created a special configurator on the vehicle’s dedicated website, allowing web users to create their own custom version of the Mini pizza delivery van. You can take a shot at creating the ultimate pizza delivery machine by following this link.
