Fiat Digital Configurator Available in the UK

Fiat Marylebone, the flagship Fiat dealership in London, announced today the introduction of no less than four different configurators for customers, as well as an external digital display on the dealership will projects images of Fiat models.

Thanks to the use of the new technologies, customers will be able to chose a new car and fit onto it any combination of engine, equipment and colors all by themselves or, if needed, aided by Fiat representatives.

"I am sure customers will enjoy using the configurators which allow them to choose their perfect car, on their own, at their own pace. And if they need assistance, of course we’re only too happy to help,” Tony Dittli, Fiat Marylebone managing director said in a release.

According to the dealership, the configurators are updated regularly, with information regarding product developments, pricing and so on.

The large digital display, on the other hand, is similar to a lager poster and will show images about the Fiat cars themselves, the offers available and the special deals.

"Our strategy is to widen our communications with customers. So when customers arrive here now, they are presented with a unique digital environment in keeping with the modern, high-tech look and feel of the showroom. The projector was a logical approach for this."

One of the current running offers from Fiat is the new service plan, a program which allows Fiat and Alfa Romeo vehicles to be serviced regularly based on what may be called a subscription. To give you and example, the Alfa MiTo powered by a diesel engine and equipped with air conditioning will cost £15 a month for a a three year, 31,500-mile plan.
