Finally, light has been shed upon the rumors of the Fiat 500T that was supposed to arrive in the US in the coming year or so. So, what is it and how much will it costs?
Basically put, it’s like the 500 Sport with a detuned version of the 500 Abarth 1.4-liter engine. Technically speaking, it’s just like the European version of the Abarth, the base one with only 135 horsepower at its disposal.

The good news is that the 500 Turbo will still be sporty by nature, and it will be cheaper than the Golf GTI-priced Abarth, which starts at $22,000. INstead, the 500T will be more like $19,000, which is still a lot considering what you’re getting.

The car will have the same manual box as the Abarth without the equal length driveshafts. It’s also going to have only one exhaust pipe, not two tips like the 500 Abarth.
