If you've ordered a brand new Fiat 500L mini MPV from Fiat USA, we've got a little treat for you. This video shows how hundred of 500Ls are arriving in North America on a specially designed car carrier docked in Baltimore. Your car could very well be on that ship!
All 500Ls are actually assembled in Serbia and shipped all over the world, 100 markets in total. The car was supposed to be go on sale as early as 2011 but way delayed by continued financial trouble in Europe.

The 500L went on sale across Europe from the end of 2012 and will arrive in US dealerships shortly. Built on a platform shared with the Alfa MiTo and Fiat Grande Punto, it's 4,140mm long, a significant 594mm longer than a regular 500. At launch US models are equipped with a 1.4-liter engine.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
