The Prancing Horse is preparing to show us a new one-off model, with this now being teased in the adjacent image. The vehicle uses the 599 GTO as a base and is destined for Cheerag Arya, a 32-year old businessman who lives in Dubai, taking care of his family’s petrochemical business.
Arya is a Ferrari collector, owning classic, current and racing models and he has managed to convince the carmaker to build this car for him. The designers showed him 12 potential versions and he chose elements from each one for the final product. A clay model of the final version has already been built.
“It's not a recreation of a previous model. The car has a bit of everything in it, both old school and new. Once it's done, I'll keep it in Dubai, but will take it to Europe every summer. I won't be showing it to the world, as it's a personal thing to me," Arya said.
