The British weather may have just claimed another supercar, with a Ferrari 458 Speciale having crashed on wet roads over the weekend. If our count is correct, this is the third documented Speciale accident.
The unfortunate event took place on the A12 highway between Dedham and Langham, as EADT24 writes. While the exact circumstances that led to accident are unknown, whiteness reported the crash happened soon after showers hit the area.

Nobody was injured as a result of the crash, but the event held one on the lanes blocked until the 458 Speciale was taken away, causing a traffic jam. On another positive, note, the Ferrari doesn’t seem to have suffered all that much damage in the accident.

Don’t get us wrong, we’re not stating this is going to be cheap to fix. The front fascia, both headlights, hood and perhaps the left front wing were affected. From what we can see in the two adjacent photos, which don’t include the rear of the supercar, this is all, which means that the car can get back on the road soon.

Like we said, we are not aware of the driving manner, or the Manetinno driving mode that led to the crash. Still, it’s worth noting that the 458 Speciale comes with something called Side Slip Angle Control, basically an electronic goodie aimed at making the 458’s tail-happy character easier to tame. Well, something didn’t exactly go as planned here, but hey, at least the guy didn’t crash a LaFerrari.
