Chevrolet currently has two design directions for its bread-and-butter models – the crossovers, SUVs, and trucks of the family. One is centered around a split-headlight sporty attitude for the Bolts, Trax, Trailblazer, Equinox, and Blazer. At the same time, the other is a tad more traditional for the larger Equinox, Tahoe, and Suburban models.
But we all know that General Motors' subsidiary is finally starting fleet sales of the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado EV zero-emissions pickup truck with the $80k 4WT version, at long last, leading the charge and the $40k option stopped dead in its tracks by inflation and the audacity of its rivals to impose ever-higher MSRPs. And what do you think, here is the Silverado EV also adopting the split-headlight attitude and with a front LED light bar to top things up.

Well, no worries, as it seems that the big and hulking body-on-frame truck-based SUVs are also following suit, at least according to the rumor mill. And we are talking, of course, about the upcoming 2024 Tahoe and potential 2025 Suburban facelifts, which, in the eyes of the imaginative realm of digital car content creators, needs to flaunt the same Silverado EV design cues and even double down on the LED light bar duty with front and rear elements.

The good folks over at the AutoYa info channel on YouTube have a satellite venue dubbed AutoYa Interior, and that is where all the (CGI) Tahoe action occurs – at least as far as the cockpit is concerned. So, after the main channel initially presented the unofficial vision of the 2024 or 2025 refresh for the big Tahoe SUV, now it is time to meet and discuss the cabin changes – complete with ritzy color options and a quick CGI-to-real comparison between the old and hypothetical new version. By the way, the upcoming Tahoe facelift has already been spied on, and the prototypes were only covered in light camouflage – so we already know that the focus is on the fascia presenting all these new design traits. Quite unsurprisingly, the channel's resident pixel master also thought that the Silverado EV inspiration would continue in the cabin, as well.

Thus, all the advanced technical goodies – including the massive central screen and the all-digital instrument cluster – have been carried over, along with the general styling that is a breath of modern air for the aging off-road-focused SUV. Now, do remember to take all these CGI presentations, as well as any rumored information, with a healthy dose of salt because nothing is official just yet. However, it would only be logical for Chevrolet to update both the Tahoe and Suburban plus the ICE-powered Silverado pickup trucks with the novel attitude of the Silverado EV when the time is due, right?
