We already know ESS makes great superchargers for the E9x M3 but keeping up with a proper 911 seems like a hard task to do, even for a VT625 M3, that is supposed to have around 600 HP.
That won't stop proud M3 owners from drag racing, though. Gustav from M5Board.com made sure such a showdown took place and even recorded it for everyone to see.

Let's take a look at the specs: the Porsche 911 Turbo S has a 3.8-liter boxer twin-turbocharged engine that produces an incredible 530 HP and 700 (516 lb-ft) of torque and is hooked up to a 7-speed automatic PDK gearbox.

That little Stuttgard beast is capable of reaching 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.3 seconds, goes up to 314 km/h (195 mph) and weighs only 1,660 kg (3,659 lbs). That is supercar territory, my friends.

The M3 is a lot heavier, the stock car has a 4-liter naturally aspirated V8 with 420 HP and does the 0-62 mph sprint in 4.6 seconds, a lot slower than the Porsche. However, with the ESS VT625 supercharger kit, it should reach a maximum of 775 HP. We don't know exactly how much this car has but it's pretty quick!
