Elon Musk, Tesla Motors CEO, has made a new announcement on his favorite social platform - Twitter.
His verified account is always ready for a reply or comment on relevant matters, and Musk is sure to leverage the buzz created on his Twitter by announcing plans related to the businesses he controls.

Since Musk is also the CEO of Space X, SolarCity, and Hyperloop, you can understand why his account is relevant to those interested the fields these enterprises operate.

This time, Musk has announced he will soon publish the second part of his “Top Secret Tesla Masterplan,” expected to be online by the end of this week. As you can imagine, there would be nothing secret about Tesla’s masterplan once it is published, so this is Musk’s way of ironically announcing the plans he has for the company he started.

The new masterplan for Tesla is expected to bring answers related to the fatal crash that happened this may, when a driver that was using Autopilot lost his life after hitting a trailer, as well as a detailed explanation of what Elon wants to do with Tesla and SolarCity.

As you already know, Elon wants to combine two of the businesses he runs into one, so that Tesla Motors could sell cars and solar panels in one go, along with the company’s Power Wall, if customers are interested.

The deal sounds great at first, as clients of one of the three items can probably afford the rest, and are most likely interested in purchasing them nevertheless. On the other hand, the service might be less useful for those that already have solar panels on their house, or already drive a Tesla, but the association of the business will not be mandatory.

So nobody will make you buy a car if you get solar panels, but they will probably explain what a good deal one will make if the answer is yes. On the other hand, selling three items under the same name will allow Tesla customers to have faith in the solar panel supplier, which might not have happened until the merger.
