Let's face it: even if his name were 'John', Elon and Grimes' kid wouldn't have had a normal life by everyone’s standards. That's because the first prerequisite for that, one that's 100 percent mandatory, is to have normal parents.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying any of the two is cuckoo in any way. It's just that they're constantly in the limelight (I know, I'm making myself guilty of that with every letter I'm writing right now), both good and bad, and even if it feels like you can get used to it after a while, sooner or later somebody's going to find a way to get to you again.
People often wonder why very successful Hollywood actors sometimes commit suicide. They have tons of money, they have a glamorous life, they have professional confirmation - they seem to have it all. And yet, they end up OD-ing after a life of numerous slightly smaller Ds, leaving most of the public perplexed at their decisions.
The truth is we may be able to imagine living a life of fame is not easy, but we can't really know what it's like. So, it's probably better to give everyone the benefit of a doubt and not think we would have handled the situation better in their place.
However, I'm going to ignore my own advice and go out on a limb and say it: naming a newborn X Æ A-12 is bad. Will it have psychological consequences for the child? I'm not a psychiatrist, but from the little I do know, I wouldn't be surprised if it did. Could the same be said about any other name like 'Gerge' or 'Bert'? Hard to say, but I do believe that as parents, we have the responsibility of making life as pleasant as possible for our children.
With that name, the fact he's the offspring of the CEO of Tesla Motors is actually a good thing. Imagine he were a regular boy in a regular high school - the amount of bullying would be off the scale. This way, even in the unlikely scenario where he attends public education, he'd still be the kid of a billionaire. Teasing somebody who could buy the entire school and half of the State it's in would require something very special.
Recently, though, we've heard news of the celebrity couple changing their baby's name. Finally, somebody managed to talk some sense into them. Well, apparently that somebody lived around 2,000 years ago in the Roman Empire because the only change Musk and Grimes made was switching to Roman numerals.
I guess the silver lining in all this is that now there are no numbers, only letters. We don't have the space here to detail how Roman numerals work but suffice to say they only employ letters. Yes, it sounds complicated and it kind of is, which is why the world decided to keep the Arabic version of dealing with numbers.
Anyway, I'm slightly glad to announce that X Æ A-12 has now become X Æ A-XII (or X Æ A-Xii, though the correct... spelling would be the former). Phonetically, the name hasn't suffered any change, which means we still have no idea how to read it.

Looks better tbh.” But while it does look better - and also makes it more cryptic since not everybody knows much about Roman numbering - , it could very well be link to the Californian law which states that only the 26 letters of the alphabet can be used to name a child. Little did they know back when this rule was introduced.
