Campervan conversions have seen a dramatic rise in popularity in the last decade, especially during and after the pandemic, with many folks who are looking to experience our incredible planet seeing them as the ultimate recreational vehicles. And over the last few years, there has been a significant evolution of camper vans into luxury transportation.
From low-budget builds equipped with the bare necessities like a double bed and a small kitchen, camper conversions have come to include luxury features and amenities typically reserved for full-fledged motorhomes, such as ample storage solutions, a mobile office, and full-size showers.

If you're in the market for a luxury adventure van that can turn your dream of exploring the world into a reality, and do so with plenty of comfort and style, Earth Ship Vans is the company that could help you with that. With a flawless interior, cutting-edge technologies, and exceptional craftsmanship, their EVS-1 camper van is designed to elevate your camping experience to new heights.

Built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 170 AWD with all-wheel drive, an output of 208 hp and 332 lb-ft of torque, and active lane keeping, distance, and blind spot assist, the ESV-1 is a camper van that combines the maneuverability of a passenger car with the creature comforts of a travel trailer or RV.

It is designed with luxury in mind, so get ready to be amazed by the attention to detail in this build. From the sleek cabinetry to the elaborate lighting system meant to create a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, every aspect of this build was well thought out. What's more, besides aesthetically pleasing and super comfortable living quarters, the van also features several systems meant to enhance your van life experience, such as an 11-speaker Focal sound system that offers unparalleled sound quality and a GOST security system for increased safety and peace of mind.

Starting from the outside, to better equip the van for a life of freedom and adventure, the team at Earth Ship Vans fitted it with Backwoods aluminum front and rear bumpers, a drifter roof rack with aluminum tray platform and crossbars, a driver-side ladder, Mando mudguards for bigger wheel clearance, as well as Owl Vans sidesteps and spare tire carrier.

If chasing snow and spending time in areas with colder climates is part of your vanlife journey, this campervan might be the ideal rig for you. The ESV-1 is ready to take you on any adventure, be it summer or winter, as it comes with Havelock wool insulation throughout, marine-grade vinyl flooring, and a cutting-edge Van Life Tech Hydronic system that produces in-floor radiant heat, instant hot water, and forced air heat, so it will keep you warm regardless of the outside temperature.

Moreover, a spray-applied car sound insulation coating on the interior walls reduces exterior noises and enhances sound systems, so you'll be able to fully enjoy that 11-speaker sound system.

The interior layout does not aim to be revolutionary, but it is clever and versatile enough to provide the owner with all the comforts of home. Despite the limited living space, it includes a lounge, dining area, bedroom, home office, kitchen, and bathroom without even feeling cramped or claustrophobic.

Boasting an industrial vibe with custom black cabinetry, dark wood benchtops, and dimmable LED lights, the interior looks almost like a mobile man cave, complete with a work-from-home setup.

The designers of this van conversion made the front cabin of the van functional for camp mode by incorporating swiveling driver and passenger seats, plus a round Lagun swivel table and a bench seat on the driver's side. This way, they created a nice lounge or dining spot for up to four people.

The galley kitchen has the sink against the driver-side wall and the cooking area with a two-burner induction cooktop and decent counter space for meal prep on the opposite side. Base and overhead cabinets offer storage space for kitchenware, while a Vitrifrigo dual-zone refrigerator/freezer will keep your food fresh while traveling.

At the back of the van, the ingenious builders have found a solution to create a versatile space that can function as a bedroom, workspace, and storage area. They incorporated a Rigwell bed system that allows for multiple configurations. As such, you can set it up as a desk for remote work during the day and as a two-person bed at night. You can also completely stow it away if you want to carry larger items while traveling.

Moreover, the bed system has lower cabinets that can hold a power system or water tanks and offers 36" of under-bed clearance that is accessible both from the inside and the outside of the van. The generous storage area can be leveraged to store your gear for outdoor sports and activities.

Between the sleeping quarters and the kitchen sink, there is a large wardrobe for storing your clothes and other personal items, plus a compact yet functional wet bathroom with a cassette toilet and a 24" x 36" shower.

A couple of Owl Vans aluminum expedition boxes, awnings to extend the living space on both sides of the van, a roof-mounted solar system, and a rear exterior shower with Tourig shower curtain are meant to further enhance your camping experience.

Offering comfort and style inside and ready for adventure on the outside, the ESV-1 camper van conversion from Earth Ship Vans has everything you could dream of and is designed to incite your wanderlust.
