DUB Edition 2011 Mustang Pricing Announced

The team at Ford has just revealed pricing details and a video showing the DUB Edition 2011 Mustang, developed together with lifestyle magazine DUB, in motion. Getting straight to the point, the DUB edition package can be yours for $3,599 + $100 shipping, at a significantly lower cost than if purchased separately.

“Working with Ford and Roush is an honor and has been a dream come true for DUB,” Myles Kovacs, president and co-founder of DUB Magazine, stated for the media at the launch. “The Mustang is such an iconic muscle car and has always been a customizer’s favorite. The DUB Edition Mustang stays true to its roots, but I think we’ve successfully brought a ton of hustle to the muscle.”

The DUB Edition of what Ford likes to call “the most customized car in the world” boasts 20-inch black TIS alloy wheels, Pirelli performance tires, Roush-branded front fascia and splitter, window louvers and lowering springs, as well as custom badging embroidered into the headrests, exterior DUB badging, a stripe package and windshield banner.

The Mustang DUB Edition will be available in coupe, convertible and glass-roof coupe bodystyles, all powered by Mustang’s new standard 3.7-liter, 305-horsepower V6. This means it will take advantage of the first ever 305-hp V6 to deliver a fuel consumption of 31 mpg highway.

Both six-speed automatic and six-speed manual transmission versions will be available, and customers will also get to choose between four different colors: Black, Grabber Blue, Race Red or Ingot Silver.
