Porsche specialist DP Motorsport has decided to rebuild a 1986 Porsche 911 3.2 as part of the German manufacturer’s 50 years celebration of the iconic sportscar.
Dubbed “Sleeper”, the classic 911 is 280 kilograms (617 pounds) lighter after DP Motorsports removed the paint and the undercoating and added a number of light weight body parts and components, including hardened Perspex windows and perforated hinges and brackets.

The vehicle’s 3.2-liter engine, which is connected to a five-speed box with limited-slip differential, gained some upgrades as well, and now churns a cool 270 HP (199 kW) and 307 Nm (226 lb-ft) thanks to an enlarged throttle valve, a lightened flywheel, ported and flowed cylinder heads, HJS 100 cell catalytic converters and an RSR titanium racing exhaust.

Other enhancements tooled by DP Motorsport include Bilstein shock absorbers, a set of 16-inch Fuchs alloy wheels (a must on a 1980s 911 if you ask us!) and Porsche 935 style Lollipop seats with Williams 4-point harnesses. 935-related anything in a street car? That’s hot!

This metallic rock-green lacquered 911 is available for €89.911, a great price for a unique sportscar.
