We can't say for sure how many petrolheads and Viper fans are also into fashion and color matching, but you must hear what Dodge has in store for the Viper. Also, once you read this, handling color like fuchsia and magenta will be a piece of cake job.
So, why are we addressing Viper's exterior color palette? There's no other way to put it other than this: Dodge made new matte-finish exterior paint available in 8,000 exterior color options and 24,000 stripe options.

It is all part of the ‘1 of 1’ customization program allowing customers to build their one-of-a-kind Viper from more than 50 million unique build configurations.

But the color bonanza doesn't just end here. Complementary to the matte-finish exterior paint, Viper buyers can choose between satin chrome or satin black badging and fuel filler door "for a sinister appearance".

Oh, and since we're here, you should also know that every Viper's body kit is painted manually, so you shouldn't be surprised when we tell you it takes between 145 to 160 man hours to prepare and hand-paint the muscle car's body panels.

It goes the same for the nose to tail stripes. These visual enhancers are hand painted and finished – unlike most cars that use decals – underneath the clear coat or matte clear finish coat. Because of this method, the stripe has no edges and the painted surface remains uniform on the body kit. Also, a stripe adds 18 hours to the overall paint process.

Orders for the new matte finish-equipped Vipers will open at Dodge dealerships in July, so make sure you get a good grasp on Dodge's humongous paint options offer.
