DesignworksUSA Creates for Canopy Airport Parking

One of the most unconventional carmaker's divisions in the world, DesignworksUSA has long stopped being an exclusive design studio for vehicles and is now recognized as an important player on the urban design market.

True to their nature, the division partnered with the Canopy Airport Parking, a parking lot which is expected to become one of the greenest of its kind in the world. The main goal of the design studio was to create the brand experience for the parking.

Filled with and operating on environmentally-friendly technologies, such as solar power, geothermal, wind, CNG, biodiesel and hybrid shuttles, the parking lot will be made easier to understand by the people who will park there with the help of the BMW branch.

DesignworksUSA will set up Garage Juice Bar charging stations for the electric vehicles which will soon be swarming the market. The Garage Juice Bar uses Level-2 EV charging and has been created to be compatible with all electric vehicles currently available.

“Through this collaboration DesignworksUSA is developing systems for Canopy Airport Parking that create a unified and uniquely rewarding customer experience for patrons across all touch points,”
DesignworksUSA says in a statement.

“This experience will convey Canopy’s values in an integrally connected manner to heighten the sustainable foundations of this facility, and build brand equity through a highly positive customer journey.”

The parking lot, which serves the Denver International Airport will be officially open for business this November and will have a total capacity of some 4200 vehicles, regardless of their type.
