Crash-Damaged McLaren MP12-C For Sale

We’ve already seen a couple of bumped and bruised new McLarens, one on the track and one on the road, but never would we have thought that a crashed car will be up for grabs.
According Autoblog.nl, the silver example they found on Marketplaats.nl was registered in Holland on August 2011 and since then has only done 4000 km or about 2500 miles. The owner must have seen his life flashing before his eyes because he decided the MP12-C doesn’t belong in his life rather quickly.

Damage to the British supercar includes a cracked windscreen, distorted front bumper and several other dings here and there. Both of the airbags have gone off and we really don’t know what that will cost you in leatherwork.

The asking price is negotiable, and at €129,500 it’s carrying about a 40$ discount. It’s now at about the same price as a new 911 Carrera S with a few toys, and €40,000 cheaper than a Ferrari 430 when it was new.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
