Businessweek reports of a Bloomberg interview with Ducati's CEO Claudio Domenicali during which the Italian mentioned the 4 new bikes the Borgo Panigale factory will be rolling out next year.
However, the information is really scarce as Domenicali was very careful not to spill the beans, so we're still in complete darkness here. One of the 4 new bikes is of course, the 2014 Ducati 899 Panigale, scheduled to reach the US dealerships in November with a base price of $14,995 (€).

Out of the remaining three, one could be the rumored new Scrambler for which Ducati apparently filed a trademark. The other two are a total mystery, as Domenicali only mentioned that they "will share the sport value of the brand,” and will be shown at the 2013 EICMA in Milan, in early November.

Domenicali also declared that Ducati is planning to use VW help to expand the business in more markets and enter new ones. Sales boost in China and entering the Indian market in 2014 are among the main targets, while the new dealerships in South America will also be closely supervised.

Until someone at Ducati leaks some spy photos, we're all eyes on the next EICMA show. One thing is sure, though: Ducati is not aiming for entry-level machinery.
