Let's just be clear about this: the DS5 is not a perfect car, but the DS4 is downright undesirable. It's based on the C4 hatch, but they raised the ground clearance to make it a crossover… of sorts. That's like putting an elegant on stilts and calling it a giraffe.
It's not that pretty either, but the worst thing of all is the stupid problem they had with the rear doors. The designers wanted to have a big window for the rear door, but there wasn't enough room for it to go down, so it doesn't. This has to be the only car with windows that don't go down.

The crazy French way of designing things sometimes raises doubts, but we can't doubt this is a cooler DS4. Creative FX has covered it in chrome wrap to make it look like a bright mirror. This is the same British company that did that chrome Golf for a VW dealer, and we suspect this is once again a dealer car.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
