Citroen Aiming Higher with New Business Class Program

Citroen’s British light commercial vehicle vision has recently launched a new and comprehensive program involving their vehicles and services. Called “Citroen Vans - Business Class”, it will indicate the future direction of Citroen UK’s strategy in the segment, which is focused mainly on customer service and a wider and more flexible range of products.

The program will provide clients with high levels of professional service through the Citroen Business Center network, new Euro 5 compliant vehicles, new range-topping and rage-extending models.

Dealers are being encouraged to invest in extra staff and training to create a network of industry networks on the sales and aftersales support of Citroen’s van range. According to Citroen, this will “provide all fleet customers, irrespective of fleet size, with even higher levels of specialist support.”

The scheme also offers Trafficmaster Smartnav and Trackstar telematics, that will help fleet operators navigate their route and improve vehicle productivity using the telematics package.

The Citroen range includes the Nemo, Berlingo and Relay, which are common sights on the UK roads. The French manufacturer’s van range is one of the more popular in the UK and last year Citroen was the UK’s fifth favorite van manufacturer with over 1,200 sold.

The new Business Centers offer Citroen customers:
  • Specially trained professional LCV and car fleet sales staff
  • Additional, specially trained professional LCV technical support staff
  • A wide range of new Citroen LCVs in stock and on display
  • Displays of Relay Specialist and Ready to Run vehicles
  • A wide range of LCV demonstrator vehicles available
  • A large choice of Citroen-approved used LCVs
  • A wide range of while-you-wait service operations
  • Extended opening hours for both sales and service
  • A variety of LCV courtesy vehicles, including Dispatch and Relay models
