Chrysler 200 Prices Announced

American manufacturer Chrysler is getting ready for a major overhaul of the Chrysler brand lineup, with pretty much the entire garage of badges to receive either new or revised versions pretty much at the same time.

Taking advantage of the “rejuvenation“ announcement, Chrysler slipped out the price list for the newest addition to the range, the 200. Chrysler will be selling three versions of the 200, as follows (all prices include $750 destination charge): Chrysler 200 LX $19,995, Chrysler 200 Touring $21,995 and Chrysler 200 Limited $24,495.

As already announced since the car was introduced in October, the model will be offered with a choice of two engines, the 2.4l I-4 World Gas Engine (paired to a four-speed or six-speed automatic transmission) and the new 3.6l Pentastar V6 engine (mated to a six-speed automatic transmission).

Aside for the prices for the 200, Chrysler also announced the flagship 300 model will be receiving a new version by the end of this year. Additional details are not yet known, but it is to be expected the new 300 model will be previewed soon enough.

“What Chrysler Brand will be, and what will make it unique, is that it will give people beautiful shapes, which would otherwise be out of reach. It will always deliver a bit more than the customer expects,” said Olivier Francois, Chrysler brand CEO.

“At every turn, Chrysler Brand and its vehicles will deliver what people deserve, not just what they expect. It will take appointments – design, technology, and engines, to name a few – that were borne for a few and deliver them to the masses."
