Chris Rock's Brother Charged with Drunken Driving

Tony Rock may have joked about the DUI incident he was involved in last month, but now the matter has become serious.

According to TMZ, Tony Rock has been charged with drunken driving and if he is convicted, he risks up to six months in jail. As a matter of fact, two DUI charges (driving under the influence and driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher) were filed against him by the Los Angeles City Attorney.

As you probably remember, after the DUI incident, Tony started to make jokes about the whole situation, including  one about taking an alcohol educational course. He may not want to take part in such a program but he may have to provided that he is found guilty.

About a month ago, Tony Rock was stopped by the California Highway patrol on the 101 freeway for speeding  at 2:40 a.m. After failing breath tests, he was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. The comedian has paid his $5,000 bail and left jail the next day.

Tony Rock, age 34, is the little brother of superstar comic and actor Chris Rock. It's rather hard to be Chris Rock's brother and make a name for yourself in the same business as the superstar comic, but Tony managed it quite successfully.

Tony has made many guest appearances, such as being on "The Howard Stern Show". He also co-starred as Dirk Black on the UPN/CW sitcom "All of Us". Tony Rock has a new series, "The Tony Rock Project," which is broadcasted by MyNetworkTV.

Well, Tony Rock might make his living as stand-up comedian but this DUI incident is not funny at all. Next time, we suggest he doesn't make jokes about getting drunk and then getting behind the wheel.
