Of all the cars which could have been turned into stretch limousines, the Chevrolet Camaro is one of the last you`d expect would receive this treatment. However, that’s exactly what’s been done to this yellow example, which now looks odd to say the least.
It was modified by a Australian company, from Perth, called ShowTime Limos. They have taken a standard Chevy Camaro Special Edition, in SS guise, and have given it a tug at both ends and got this rather weird and disproportionate looking thing. Now, all the extra length and bodywork, as well as all the interior stuff mean that it is much heavier than before, and with the lazy automatic, which sends the car’s 426 hp to the rear wheels, performance, as well as maneuverability are definitely bus-like.
However, nobody gets one of these for the performance, so what’s it got to offer? Well, the stretch has really allowed the ShowTime Limost to really cram a lot of stuff inside the newly-elongated cabin, where things improve considerably from the awkward exterior. There is a distinct Transformers theme going on inside, with circuit-board motifs, and a general futuristic theme going on - they even have Bumblebee’s head displayed as a trophy.
