The Elantra GT, otherwise know as the European Hyundai i30, is going to make its first appearance at the 2012 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. This will be no simple stickers and sunroof concept, but a real monster with plenty of punch.
The Elantra GT has been upgraded by Bisimoto Engineering to produce a scarcely believable 600 horsepower, through the addition of a turbo kit for the 1.8-liter four-banger. Besides this, the hatchback features a complete makeover that will wow the SEMA crowd.

"When the Elantra GT was introduced by Hyundai, we knew it would be a perfect platform for us to showcase our tuning prowess," said Hedi Kim, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Bisimoto Engineering.

“With our experience in forced induction and small-displacement engines, we focused on raw horsepower with this SEMA concept. We think the final product is a great example of just what can be achieved with turbocharging and engine tuning in the present day,” she added.
