Here’s another Chevrolet Sonic concept car that’s heading to the 2012 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Called the Sonic Z-Spec 1 Concept, it features a custom Synergy Green and plenty of aftermarket parts.
The exterior is also customized with Piano Black mesh grilles, a new rear spoiler, a body kit comprising of a chin spoiler, side skirts and rear diffuser. Also new are the 18-inch wheels in a split-spoke design with Synergy Green inserts.
The Sonic Z-Spec 1 Concept rides on custom lowering springs, stiffer dampers and has added stopping power thanks to some 16-inch disks. Borla provided just the right exhaust system to get the Sonic sounding sweet.
autoevolution will be attending the 2012 SEMA, so stay tuned for some real up close and personal shots of the vehicles, as well as for first-hand details of the motorized contraptions presented at the event.
