One of the models that will be featured in General Motors’ Paris Auto Show stable will be the Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback.
Actually, Chevrolet will introduce a “show” version of the car, but the production model that will be released subsequently won’t come with too many differences. The Cruze hatchback has already been revealed at the beginning of the month and now we can also see the interior of the vehicle.
The adjacent image, which was published by carscoop.blogpsot.com, reveals the inside of the Cruze hatchback and, as you can see, no big novelty is coming our way. The vehicle promises to offer a generous interior space, with a luggage space capacity of 400 liters and a 60/40 split layout for the rear seating.
The Cruze hatch will come with the same engine range as the saloon, which means that customers will be able to choose between two petrol units and a diesel powerplant. The entry level unit is a 1.6 liter petrol one delivering 113 hp and 112.8 lb-ft of to torque. This is followed by a 1.8 liter petrol engine that produces 141 hp and a maximum torque of 129.8 lb-ft. The diesel engine has a capacity of 2.0 liters that offers 150 hp and 236 lb-ft of torque.
The Cruze hatchback will enter the European markets in mid 2011.
autoevolution will be attending the 2010 Paris Auto Show, so stay tuned for some real up close and personal shots of the vehicles, as well as for first-hand details of the motorized contraptions presented at the event.
