For a country where the average height in men is about 164 cm (5 ft 4 in), China is oddly obsessed with rear leg room in imported cars.
So obsessed, in fact, that every manufacturer of the German premium triumvirate is now offering long-wheelbase versions of almost every sedan they're selling in the Middle Kingdom and other car manufacturers trying to hit it big in China are following suit.

Government officials and communist party members are obviously the most privileged when it comes to getting chauffeured in some of the longest cars on Chinese roads, but we think that the following stretched Mercedes-Benz limousine will probably top anything on the road there.

According to CarNewsChina, the model is over 12 meters long (39 feet) and the yellow license plates signify that it's registered as a truck and not a car.

The car seems to be based on a stretched W140 S 600 with the entire front and the rear taillights taken from a W220, while the three large side windows are very similar with those found on American Lincoln Town Car limos.
