By now you probably found out that one lucky man from Abu Dhabi is already driving a brand new BMW F80 M3 on the streets of UAE. The man is living a dream right now as probably nobody else in the world at the moment can’t do what he’s doing.
His car is an Alpine White model fitted with almost every possible option out there, including full Sakhir Orange leather inside. However, we’re not interested in what options he has or what he does for a living (even though we have to admit we’re rather curious who he is) but we’re here trying to figure out if we like the way the car sounds.
He just posted a video on Youtube showing us the difference in acoustics when driving in different modes. The F80 M3 can be run in the Efficient, Sport and Sport Plus modes, depending you what you wish for.
Of course, in the former, the car’s acceleration and gearbox are adjusted to provide the best fuel efficiency while in the former everything is super sharp and feels like it’s trying to kill you.
The exhaust note also changes accordingly, as you’re about to see. What we want you to tell us is if you think this is an M3 worthy sound. Do you like how the S55 turned out or should it be different in any way?
