In May of last year, there was a break-in at the British Motor Car Distribution dealership in San Francisco. The next day, the disappearance of Guy Fieri’s yellow Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder was noticed. No trace of the thief or the car were found for over a year.
Luckily for the owner, the police were working on a separate case which led them to a secure storage unit rented under a 17-year-old’s name. Upon opening the doors, they discovered a yellow Lambo Gallardo Spyder, still in good shape, just sitting inside.
Currently, the car is being held as evidence, and will probably be turned over to Fieri after the investigation is finalized. He is very grateful to the Marin County Sheriff’s Office and the Mill Valley PD for their hard work in recovering his prized Lambo.
