Connecticut-based Chevrolet specialist Callaway has announced it will be rolling out supercharger packages for the brand new 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban SUVs.
Priced at $17,395 (excluding the vehicle), the package will add an Eaton TVS Roots-style supercharger atop the 5.3-liter EcoTec3 V8 engine found in both vehicles and will include a liquid-to-air intercooler and a new exhaust system. The updates will increase power from 355 hp and 383 lb-ft all the way up to 450 hp and 450 lb-ft.
The supercharged Tahoe and Suburban will also come with Callaway badging, embroidered headrests and floor mats, an underhood plaque and the company’s three-year / 36,000-mile warranty.
As a brief reminder, the 2015 Tahoe starts from $45,595, while the 2015 Suburban fetches at least $48,295. Both vehicles will go on sale by the end of the first quarter.
