Damac Properties is one of the biggest players in the real estate business of Dubai. The luxury developer is now coming out with a mind-boggling offer for some of its most select locations.
According to gulfbusiness.com, for customers buying select units during the Dubai Shopping Festival (running from January 2 to February 2, 2014) the company will be giving out cars for free. Since this is Dubai, they couldn’t just offer a Volkswagen or Opel, they had to go big.
For some purchases in the Burj Area of Dubai, DAMAC Maison-The Distinction, DAMAC Maison- Upper Crest and DAMAC Residenze in Dubai Marina, the company will be giving out either a MINI Cooper, a BMW or a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster for each purchase, depending on the value.
Despite what you might think, the company’s representatives claim that even with such give-aways, the profits are still generous enough. I don’t even want to imagine how much a penthouse costs in this case!
“Guaranteeing a brand new 2014 Lamborghini, BMW or Mini Cooper with purchases in select units is an exciting incentive which many international visitors to Dubai during this period really appreciate,” said Niall McLoughlin, SVP, Damac.
In case you’re interested, you should know that the developer will be presenting its latest portfolio at the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai World Trade Centre and the Souk Madinat Jumeirah until February 2, 2014.
