Bus Driver Kills Snowman in Cold Blood, Resigns

Resign?! Off with his head, that should have been the decision a proper court of law should have taken after this unfortunate event took place of the otherwise peaceful streets of the University of Illinois campus in Urbana.

Yes, the snowman is dead, squashed by a cold-blooded killer driving a 10 tons+ monster on wheels. The snowman, so peaceful in nature, reduced to a pile of dirty, frozen water, no longer able to entertain the motorists traveling on the aforementioned streets.

It's all in the video below, if you dare watch. The murder, so calculated it seems, of a snowman, caught on tape by those who, in their turn lacking better judgment, left the poor snowman at the mercy of the mass transportation department.

Yes, the driver has resigned, after the terrified, chilling and heart breaking screams of horror of grown up men made themselves heard on YouTube. A small, insignificant punishment for a crime of unimaginable proportions.

At least, this is what the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District spokeswoman Jan Kijowski believes: “Whenever an incident occurs, we try to use it as a teaching opportunity to remind the operators what are the safe and good choices that can be made,” he was quoted as saying by The Daily Mail.

Now, if you'll bear with us a bit longer before skipping to video below (we know you want to)... we'll tell you what we really think. The Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District people are, for the lack of a better word, idiots, even if the only thing they did was accepting the resignation. Just like those who placed the snowman in the middle of an icy, slippery, snow covered road. Does traffic hazard ring any bells, people?

On the YouTube page where the video has been posted, people are beginning to ask for the driver to be given his job back. We feel the same way. Why not even give him a commendation? After all, he was the only one with enough brains to properly assess the situation created by the ones you hear screaming and lamenting in the video.

Before we sign off, follow this link to the Facebook page where more and more people are supporting the driver.
