Briatore's Son Falco Nathan Was Born in Nice

After months of incertitude, we now know that Flavio Briatore's child with Elisabetta Gregoraci is a boy, as Italian sports newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport revealed the birth took place at 8 AM today. More importantly, the aforementioned source gave us the name of Briatore's first boy, Falco Nathan.

The Italian reporters wrote that Briatore was present at the birth of his son, which happened in the French town of Nice. It seems everything went according to plan and his 30-year old wife Gregoraci is doing well enough, while Falco Nathan's medical stats indicate a 4.1Kg weight.

The one-day old boy is however not Briatore's sole child, as the former Renault F1 manager has a 5-year old daughter named Leni, whose mother is the supermodel Heidi Klum. Nevertheless, the 59-year old Italian is not in anyway involved in the life of his daughter – as confirmed by the German supermodel – whose adoptive father is now British musician Seal.

Gregoragi's pregnancy was announced in the summer of 2009, soon after the burst of one of the most ugly scandals in the history of Formula One, the crash-gate. Back then, Briatore was accused of fixing the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix and later found guilty by the International Automobile Federation (FIA), being thrown out of the sport consequently.

In early January, the FIA decision was overturned by the Paris Tribunal de Grande Instance, but Briatore swore he no longer wants to return to the world of the Great Circus. Since then, he also stepped down as CEO of Championship football club Queens Park Rangers, telling the media that he doesn't want to stay in football either.
